Current public offer
ShopBack’s current New Zealand page confirms a referral bonus for both accounts, but it does not publish the referral bonus amount. The previous fixed reward and NZD $10 spend claims are therefore not carried forward.
How it works
- The friend signs up through the unique link, code, or email address on a unique device.
- The last referrer link the friend clicks receives attribution.
- The friend makes eligible ShopBack transactions and accumulates NZD $15 of confirmed cashback.
- All criteria must be completed within 180 days of sign-up.
- The referral bonus status changes from Pending to Confirmed in both accounts after ShopBack accepts the qualification.
What counts
Online and gift-card purchases can count when they earn cashback. Orders that earn no cashback, or are cancelled, exchanged, or refunded, do not count. Cashback from Quests is excluded.
ShopBack says confirmation can take up to 48 hours after the criteria are met. A referral can be rejected if the criteria are not completed within 180 days.
Sharing restrictions
Self-referrals, links posted on a ShopBack merchant’s Facebook or forum page, disguised referral links, and keyword bidding are prohibited. ShopBack may remove bonuses or close accounts for violations.
